Is the Oval KT.023.LNC approved?
For this MIVV KT.023.LNC silencer for KTM 690 SMC / R 19-24 | 690 ENDURO / R 19-24 to be approved, it must comply with the following two approvals:
- Sound emission approval db(A): YES. This product is approved according to one of the following regulations: EC European Commission - Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 97/24 EC chap. 9 and subsequent updates or ECE/ONU - ECE/ONU Regulation No. 92 and subsequent updates. Noise emissions comply with the parameters of the approval decree only if the optional catalytic converter is installed. However, the catalytic converter that comes as an accessory must be installed.
- CO2 emission approval: YES. (However, for the exhaust system to be approved, it is necessary to mount the optional approved catalytic converter, according to European Directive 97/24 chap. 5 and subsequent updates, or according to European Community Regulation (EU) no. 134/2014 (Euro 4+5)). The catalytic converter is purchased separately, it is available as a product accessory
