Arrow presents the new line of X-Kone silencers. Originally developed for the Competition and Competition “Full Titanium” lines, they are now also available for mid-displacement sports naked bikes in a street-legal version with a removable dB-killer. Noise is controlled by absorption, which lightens the internal structure.

The internals are made of stainless steel and the body is in satin Nichrom. Depending on the application, the X-Kone can be mounted on the original headers or on Arrow headers via a stainless steel link pipe, attaching to the bike's original mount with a bracket welded onto the silencer. Its weight is approximately 2.2 kg, 30-40% less than the original, and they significantly improve performance, whether in a slip-on version or as a complete kit with Arrow headers.

The Arrow X-Kone exhaust does not require any mapping changes or the use of additional control units, although it is recommended to check CO levels. What material is it made of?

The silencer body is made of nichrome, offering good resistance to oxidation, very good shape stability, good ductility, and excellent weldability. In addition, the exhaust features a black finish, which is achieved thanks to a ceramic-based painting process, resulting in a more aggressive look.

The durability of the materials used for its development is tested on the track to ensure optimal road performance.
